The data controller is the owner of the site — a film director and cinematographer working under the name Vadim Delovoy. Details of the controller are provided at the request of the data subject (see section 9).

Data is collected, recorded, organised, stored, updated, used and deleted. Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation. Data is not sold or passed on to third parties except where required by law.

Data is processed until the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, and is then deleted unless the law requires otherwise.

The controller takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.

9. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write via the contacts on the site — for example, Telegram @vadimdelovoy. A reply is sent within 10 working days.

10. Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies required for some features and does not use cookies for advertising or tracking.
